Kevan Hall

Kevan studied Industrial Relations and began his career negotiating with trades unions in the telecoms sector. During 10 years with Mars, Incorporated he led teams in European HR, Manufacturing and Business Planning. He lived through a period of increasing regional business integration and geographic expansion. He realized that the old face-to-face, mono-cultural management skills were no longer working and looked for alternatives.

Unable to find suitable training in the market he founded Global IntegrationTM in 1994, to develop "the skills of working internationally" for the world's leading companies. He realized that the tools he and his colleagues developed for complex international, virtual, remote and matrixed organizations were based on creating underlying speed and simplicity and were applicable to almost any complex company.

Today Global Integration is a global consulting and training company delivering consulting & training to over 200 companies in 40 countries. Kevan runs his own complex companies with colleagues, suppliers and customers around the world - he has to practice what he preaches. Speed Lead^TM benefits from his unique perspective and experience as a successful corporate manager, consultant, entrepreneur and author.

Kevan speaks regularly at international conferences and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He is also a Director of Medick Healthcare. Today Kevan spends his time speeding up complex companies, following Reading Football Club with his family and any sport that involves going fast with an engine.
